No — architecturally impossible. Your master passphrase generates an encryption key locally. Only ciphertext reaches our servers. We cannot decrypt your vault under any circumstances.
Your vault is encrypted with your passphrase-derived key. Without it, your vault cannot be decrypted by anyone — including us. We strongly recommend keeping a secure backup.
Lite gives you more writing space (1,200 characters). Plus adds file attachments (1×10MB), Google SSO login and priority email support — making it our best value single-vault plan.
Personal Vault is a structured 12-section form for storing identity, medical and financial data. Vault Buckets are Emergency, Legacy and Password vaults — available from Pro upwards.
Absolutely. Change plans at any time. Downgrading retains your encrypted data — you simply lose access to premium features until you re-subscribe.
Encrypted ciphertext is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (US). Plaintext data never exists on our servers — only AES-256-GCM encrypted output of your local operations.
